The Old Boys' Union of S. Thomas' Preparatory School announces with deep regret the demise of
Mrs. Erica Fernando, wife of late Mr. J S L Fernando, the longest serving Headmaster of Prep School; andmother of Nilantha Fernando, an alumnus from Class of 1966.
Mrs. Fernando who was always at her husband's side and was a second mother to many generations of Prepites passed away on 4th August 2025 at the age of 102.
May she Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory!!
There will be a viewing from 11AM on the 5th of August 2025 at A. F. Raymonds. Details of the funeral will be notified later.
